The diabetes is a disease in which the body does not produce or insulin does not employ the insulin correctly. Insulin is a very important hormone which translates sugar, starch and other food into energy which we need for our day to day life. The causes of diabetes include the obesity and the lack of exercise. The diabetes is the principal cause of the chronic kidney diseases. This disease is a condition where the body cannot automatically regulate levels of glucose of blood, resulting in excess glucose in blood.

The diabetes is divided into two principal groups. The type 1 diabetes is one of the most common diseases of childhood. The type 1diabetes is known as Juvenile Diabetes and it starts from childhood. The reason of the type I diabetes is due to the incapacity of pancreas to produce insulin. Type 2 diabetes is the common form of diabetes, found in the majority of cases. It is noted it that the majority of the cases of the type 2 diabetes are avoidable by choosing a healthier life style. The diabetes is as a result of tissues of the body becoming resistant to insulin. It is usually hereditary. The best manner of controlling type 2 diabetes is with the mode and the exercise.

The diabetes is a serious disease. The diabetes is the principal cause of the renal failure, amputation, and blindness. The diabetes is a rising world wide problem of devastate social and economic impact. But the alarming truth is that the diabetes is reversible. The first stage of controlling the diabetes is to allot time for exercises.

The common symptoms of the diabetes include: numbness of the hands or the feet, extreme hunger, sudden loss of weight, excessive thirst, frequent urination sudden changes in vision, frequent exhaustion, very dry skin, wounds which are slow to cure and more infections than usual. The diabetics can have most of these symptoms or any.

If neglected, the diabetes can lead to various complications such as damage to the kidneys, cardiac disorder, the nerve damage, and hypoglycemia. The diabetes is a serious disease and there is no treatment for it. However, it can be controlled by suitable planning of diet. With a healthy life style and the management of diet a person can carry out a healthy life.

The researchers noted that obesity also disturbs the metabolism of insulin in the body. They noted that the excessive weight with the waistlines leads to the increased risk to develop the diabetes. Adults who ate fast food at least twice a week and gained ten pounds were at a high risk of developing diabetes. Large obese accumulations damage the cells in the body which produces insulin. The person already diabetic would be at a higher risk of health balance when he gains the excessive weight.
